An Aged Minister Called To His Reward

Rev. Isaiah Dutton Hall, a minister of the Christian church, died at his residence about a mile northeast of Tremonton, Tuesday afternoon, March 26, after an illness of several months, due to the infirmities of old age. He was in his 74th year, having passed his 73d birthday on the 21st of January last.

Mr. Hall had been in the ministry for many years in the east, but retired when he moved from Nebraska to this State some years ago. When he came to this Valley he purchased a farm of forty acres where with his wife and two sons he established a pleasant home and won the respect of all the community. He is survived by his aged wife and seven children, five daughters and two sons. They are: Mrs. Mollie McIntosh of Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Mattie Wyatt and Mrs. Bettie Frazier of Tremonton; Mrs. Ada Frazier of Palco, Kansas; Mrs. Fanni Pettijohn of Hendley, Neb., and J. H. and I. M. Hall, residing at home.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Wednesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. V. Cody of Corinne.
