Charles W. Graybill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Graybill, Hanover, R. D. 4, and Miss Carrie K. Kopp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Kopp, Spring Grove, R. D. 3, were married in the West Manheim Lutheran parsonage, Pleasant street, last evening at 7 o'clock, by the Rev. A. M. Hollinger. The ring ceremony was used. They will reside at the home of Mr. Graybill's parents for the present.

Charles W. Graybill Sr.

HANOVER, Sept. 5.—Charles W. Graybill Sr, 58, of Hanover R. D. 3, a veteran of World War I who had been employed by the Hanover Glove Company 35 years, died at 3:25 p. m. yesterday at Hanover General Hospital. He had been in ill health for some time. A son of the late Jacob W. and Lillie Baublit Graybill, he served as a private with the 304th Engineers Division. Mr. Graybill was a member of St. Paul's (Dub's) Church and was affiliated with Hanover Post 2506, V. F. W. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Carrie Romain Kopp Graybill; four children, Mrs. John Vice, Baltimore; Charles W. Jr., Hampton; William L., of 1130 Baltimore street, and Ervin J. Graybill, Hanover R. D. 3; one step-daughter, Mrs. Ivan Myers, Spring Grove R. D. 1; seven grandchildren; four brothers and sisters, Mrs. Harry Kopp and Jacob W. Graybill, both of Hanover R. D. 3; Daniel W. Graybill, 23 Monroe street, and Mrs. Harry Shaffer Jr., 320 East Walnut street. Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. Monday at the William A. Feiser Funeral Home, Carlisle street. The Rev. A. M. Hollinger, pastor of West Manheim Lutheran Charge, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Paul's (Dub's) Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the ceremonial detail of the Hanover V. F. W.

MCSHERRYSTOWN — Carrie Romaine Graybill, 86, of Academy Village, McSherrystown, died at 9:15 a.m. Monday at her home. She was the wife of Charles W. Graybill, who died Sept. 4, 1953.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Aug. 20 at Trinity Baptist Chapel, 201 Wirt Ave., Hanover. Burial will be private in St. Paul's (Dub's) Cemetery. The Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway St., Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Graybill was born Dec. 6, 1908, in Iron Ridge, Spring Grove. She was the daughter of the late Ervin A. and Phoebe Annie (Chronister) Kopp.

She was employed by Hanover Glove Co., with 22 years of service, and the Brethren Home in New Oxford, as a kitchen helper.

Mrs. Graybill is survived by a son, Ervin J. Graybill of McSherrystown, with whom she lives; a daughter, Betty Jane Myers of Newberrytown; two stepsons, Charles W. Graybill II of York, and William Graybill of Hanover; a stepdaughter, Pauline Vice of Pikesville, Md.; four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; three step-great-great-grandchildren; six brothers, Emory Kopp of the Brethren Home, Lester Kopp of Hanover Hall, Norman Kopp of Lancaster, Raymond Kopp of Brockbecks, Rufus H. and Stanley E. Kopp, both of Hanover, and a sister, Marie Klinedinst of Hanover.

Officiating at the service will be the Rev. William Graybill.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Trinity Baptist Church, 201 Wirt Ave., Hanover 17331; or to Hospice, in care of Visiting Nurse Association, 440 N. Madison St., Hanover 17331.
