Clair Kopp, Iron Ridge, and Florence M. Dennis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Dennis, New Chester, were united in marriage Monday a week ago at the Lischey's Reformed parsonage, by the pastor, Rev. J. N. Faust. The young people were unattended. They will begin housekeeping in the near future in the brick home of the Iron Ridge store.

Mrs. Clair E. Kopp

SPRING GROVE — Mrs. Florence M. Kopp, 58, wife of Clair E. Kopp, died Sunday at 4:25 p.m. at Memorial Osteopathic Hospital, York, where she had been a patient five weeks.

A native of Adams County, she was a daughter of the late William and Amanda Kroft Dennis and belonged to Bethel United Church of Christ and Sunday School. She was also a member of Gideon Grange 2010, Hanover, and the Spring Grove Guild of Memorial Osteopathic Hospital.

Surviving also are a daughter, Carol M. Kopp, at home, three brothers, Maurice Detter, Manchester RD 1, Md.; Edward Dennis, 312 High St., New Oxford; Jacob Dennis, New Oxford RD 2; and two sisters, Mrs. Grace Sell, Westminster RD 3, Md., and Mrs. Lillian Rippberger, Wisconsin.

Rev. Harvey M. Light, her pastor, and Rev. Andrew Horn, associate pastor, will officiate at the funeral Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the Sauter Funeral Home, 175 N. Main St. Burial will be in St. Peter's (Lischey's) Union Cemetery.

Clair E. Kopp

Clair E. Kopp, formerly of Spring Grove, RD 3, husband of the late Mrs. Florence Dennis Kopp, died Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Pleasant Acres Hospital where he had been a patient five months. Kopp, who had been a guest at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, York, for a year, was employed by the P. H. Glatfelter Co., for 24 years prior to his retirement in 1966. He was a member of Glatfelter's Quarter Century Club; Bethel United Church of Christ and Sunday School, Smith Station; Hanover Aerie 1406, Fraternal Order of Eagles; Gideon Grange 2010 of Hanover; Friendship Hose Co., and the American Association of Retired Persons. A son of the late Ervin and Annie Chronister Kopp, he is survived by a daughter, Carol M. Kopp, 514 Moul Ave.; seven brothers, Lester Kopp, 31 Mumma Ave., Stanley Kopp, 1004 Shafer Drive, Guy Kopp, Hanover RD 1, Norman Kopp, Delta Road, Spring Grove, Raymond Kopp, Brodbecks RD 1, and Rufus Kopp, Hanover RD 3; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Graybill, 6 Jackson St., Mrs. Clarence Gallagher, Hanover RD 1, and Mrs. William Klinedinst, Brodbecks RD 1. The Rev. Andrew N. Horn, his pastor, will officiate at the funeral Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Sauter Funeral Home, 175 N. Main St., Spring Grove. Burial will be in St. Peter's (Lischey's) Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
