ROBERT W. McCOY, 83, of Tampa died Thursday at University Community Hospital. A native of Cincinnati, he moved to the area in 1976. He was a truck driver and member of the Lions Club. He is survived by four sons, Harry of Fort Mitchell, Ky., Robert of Brandenburg, Ky., Gerald of Midway, N.C., and Roger of Jacksonville; two daughters, Lois Morgan of Tampa and Roberta Wolfinbarger of Covington, Ky.; a brother, John of Cincinnati; five sisters, Mary Weber, Frances Heekin, Martha O'Brian, Shirley Abell and Margarite Brunner, all of Cincinnati; 23 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.
