Woodrow D. McLaughlin

Woodrow D. McLaughlin, 67, of 106 Euclid Ave., died Tuesday in Winchester Memorial Hospital.

Mr. McLaughlin was born March 5, 1913 in Dayton, son of the late William H. and G. Elizabeth Pollard McLaughlin. He was a member of Grace Brethren Church. Mr. McLaughlin was retired from Winchester Electric Service, Inc.

Surviving are four sons, Stephen V. McLaughlin of Stephens City, Glen W. McLaughlin of Norcross, Ga., James A. McLaughlin of Gore, and Michael L. McLaughlin of Martinsburg, W. Va.; a brother, Clyde McLaughlin of Richmond; two sisters, Mrs. Dee Long of Winchester and Mrs. Carrie Larry of Harrisonburg; and seven grandchildren. His wife, the former Helen Louis Bly, whom he married in 1939 in Hagerstown, Md., preceded him in death May 24, 1978.

A funeral will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home by the Rev. Paul E. Dick.

Pallbearers will be Aubrey A. Bly, Donald M. Long, Donald A. Lange, A. Norwood McLaughlin, Maurice Blosser, Harry H. Knepp and Hubert Larry.

Employees of Winchester Electric Service, Inc. will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Burial will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park.

Arrangements are being handled by Jones Funeral Home, where friends will be received this evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Winchester Volunteer Rescue Squad or to the American Heart Assn., Winchester-Frederick County Unit, P.O. Box 525, Winchester, Va.
