I. Thomas Mullen

Isaac Thomas Mullen, 62 years old, North West Fifth and Sheridan road, died suddenly Thursday evening at Reid Memorial hospital following a heart attack at Fourth and Main streets. Mr. Mullen was a millright at the Starr Piano company and a member of the Eagles' lodge.

Survivng are the widow, Daisy; a daughter, Mrs. John Adkins of this city; one brother, Harry of Fairmont, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. James Byran of Williamsburg, and Mrs. Will Stanton of Liberty, Ind.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be announced.
