Mr. Scott attended the Nebraska university four years and is a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Mrs. Clem Scott, 66, passed away at the home in Ashland Saturday morning, March 24. She had been in failing health for some time.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Gates funeral home in Kansas City, Kans. Interment was made in Mt. Moriah cemetery at Kansas City, Mo.
Mr. Scott and daughter, Mrs. J. P. Clem of San Diego, Calif., together with Mrs. Jessie Scott Millener, left for Kansas City Monday morning.

Clement Shedd Scott, who died Oct. 5 at San Diego, was buried later that week in Kansas City, Mo.
He attended the University of Nebraska from 1903 to 1907. He was in the hay and grain business in Kansas City for many years. Later he moved to Ashland.
After the death of his wife, Elsie Shofstall Scott, he went to San Diego to be near his daughter, Mrs. J. P. Clem, and his two grandsons, Ralph and Jimmie Clem.
