Obituaries

Saint Paul Globe, March 17, 18954568

This community was shocked yesterday by the announcement of the death of F. H. Shedd at La Crosse. Mr. Shedd was agent of the Milwaukee road in this city for a number of years, and few young men had a wider circle of influential friends. It was not known that he was ill, and the news of his death was a surprise. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias, and the remains will be brought her tomorrow afternoon, accompanied by a delegation of members of that order.
