Children of NINA MAY GRANGE and HYLAND DOLL SUTHERLAND:
Mineral Point Tribune, August 29, 19077698
It happened at high noon yesterday, Wednesday, Aug. 28, 1907, in this city, when Miss Nina May Grange and Mr. Hyland Sutherland were united in marriage by Rev. S. A. Bender. Mr. Andrew Grange and Miss Bessie Collins served in the positions of honor. The ceremony as effected at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. John Grange, parents of the bride, in the presence of immediate relatives only. The customary congratulations followed and a delicious wedding feat was served after which Mr. and Mrs. Sutherland departed on the afternoon train for a brief tour.
The bride is of Mineral Point from birth, and her sunny disposition and excellent conduct have made her a favorite among all classes. The groom is a young man of Brodhead, this state. He has been engaged at telephone line work both here and at Dodgeville for some time, with headquarters at the latter place. His abilities and bearing are good, but none too good for such a worthy companion. The Tribune joins in the general wish for their happiness and prosperity.
