He married (2) MARGUERITE RIVELLA SPIGER on August 18, 1928 in Greenacres, Spokane, Washington.⁶⁶²⁴ She was born July 7, 1902 in Spokane County, Washington,⁴⁵⁶ and died September 12, 1990 in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa, California.⁴⁵⁶ She is buried in Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.⁴⁵⁶

The other engagement which was announced was that of Miss Maude Holland a freshman from Spokane, and Harold Tobie, a sophomore from Green Acres, Wash. They, too, are popular in the school life. Miss Holland being a member of the Philadosian literary society. Mr. Tobie is a member of the Philadorian society and is a football and basketball star.

GREENACRES, Spokane Valley, Aug. 22—(Special.)—Harold Tobie, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Tobie, and Miss Marguerite Spiger were married Saturday evening at the home of the groom's sister, Mrs. H. T. Chesbrough. Rev. R. W. Maulden officiated. Only relatives were present. Mr. and Mrs. Tobie will reside in Spokane.
