LEE O. TERRELL

ALMA CENTER, Wis. — Lee O. Terrell, 81, longtime Alma Center area farmer, died Saturday, Oct. 7, in Pine View Nursing Home. He and his wife, Myrtle, have lived there since July.

He was born in Clark County on Nov. 13, 1896. He married Myrtle Vinton in Merrillan on Nov. 12, 1930.

In addition to his wife, survivors are: two son, Donald of Rochester, Minn., and Dale, who is in the service and stationed in Germany; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, Hugh of Humbird; and three sisters, Mrs. Oswal Michels of Hixton, Mrs. Ed Harris of Humbird and Mrs. Paul Braford of Eau Claire.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Alma Center United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Calvin Carey officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, Alma Center.

Friends may call at the Jensen Funeral Home, Hixton, Wednesday from 4 to 9 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until the services.

Myrtle Terrell

BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. — Myrtle Terrell, 74, a resident of Pine View Home, Black River Falls, since 1978, and formerly of Alma Center, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1986, in the Home.

She was born July 16, 1911, in Pipestone, Minn., to Edward and Jessica (Cameron) Vinton.

She married Lee Terrell, in Merrillan, November 12, 1930. He died Oct. 7, 1978.

Survivors are two sons, Dale of Lawton, Okla., and Donald of Rochester, Minn.; a brother Edward of Eau Claire; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in Jensen Funeral Home, Hixton. The Rev. Louis Canaday will officiate. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, Alma Center.

Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday prior to the services.
