Edward Vinton passed away at his home on Gray street at 11 o'clock Sunday night at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his wife and four children, also his aged parents, a brother Charles and sister, Mrs. Hattie Dougherty. Mr. Vinton was very active in lodge circles in the city for many years. He was a member of the Masons, Modern Woodmen and Yeoman lodges, also was a member of the Musicians' Union of this city. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at the home of his father at 1108 South Barstow street under the auspices of the Masonic order. The band of which he was a member will play.

NEILLSVILLE — Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. today in St. John's Lutheran Church at Christie for Mrs. Dan Timerson, 80, rural Greenwood, operator of nursing homes in Neillsville and Humbird for several years, who died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. The Rev. Daniel Zielske will officiate and burial will be made in the Neillsville cemetery.
Mrs. Timerson was born Oct. 11, 1881, in Canada, and received her education there. She lived in Colorado, Minnesota, and in Wisconsin. She operated a nursing home here until 1941, when she was married in March of that year to Dan Timerson. She has been in ill health the past several years.
Survivors include the following children, Mrs. Philip (Hallie) Desaulners, Racine; Mrs. Charles (Lillian) Fees, Alma Center; Mrs. Lee (Myrtel) Terrell, Humbird; and Edward Vinton, Eau Claire; two stepchildren, Archie Timerson, Round Lake, Ill.; and Mrs. Joe (Edith) Duda, Greenwood; 19 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one stepson, Charles.
Mrs. Timerson was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Christie and its Ladies Aid Society.

NEILLSVILLE — Services will be held at Georgas Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday for Jacob Daniel Timerson, 88, former resident of the Neillsville area, who died Sunday at the Memorial Hospital in Black River Falls. The Rev. Robert Bitter, Globe, will officiate and burial will be made in the Neillsville cemetery.
Mr. Timerson was born April 23, 1881, in the town of Weston. The family moved to Dodge County, then returned to a farm here a few years later. He worked in Milwaukee and Oconomowoc, then operated a farm in Clark County, retiring in 1951. He entered a Black River Falls nursing home in March of this year.
Mr. Timerson was married on Sept. 5, 1904, at Marshfield, to the former Annie Alton, who died in 1931. In March of 1941, he married the former Jennie Vinton who preceded him in death on Jan. 31, 1962.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Christie, and the Royal Neighbors of America.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Edith) Duda, route 1, Greenwood; a son, Archie, Libertyville, Ill.; four stepchildren, Mrs. Phillip (Hallie) Desaulniers, Merrillan; Mrs. Charles (Lillian) Fees, Humbird; Mrs. Myrtle Terrell, Alma Center, and Edward Vinton, Eau Claire; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren.
A son, two brothers, a sister and two grandchildren also preceded him in death.

"The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Vinton, of this city, passed away about seven o'clock Thursday morning, aged three months and eight days. The child, who never had been strong, had an attack of influenza, which the little one's frail constitution was unable to withstand. The burial is to be at Eau Claire, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Vinton formerly resided ath that place, and the family have a lot in the cemetery there. Mrs. Vinton left last night for Eau Claire with the remains of the little one. The people of this community deeply sympathize with Mr. and Mrs. Vinton and family in their sorrow."
The remains were brought to Eau Claire as stated above and were placed in the receiving vault in the Forest Hill cemetery. The burial will be held in the spring.
