JEWETT WRIGHT married ALICE JANE WILLISTON on February 14, 1888 in Suffield, Hartford, Connecticut,⁶¹¹⁶ daughter of EUNICE ADAMS CURTISS and CHARLES STANLEY WILLISTON. She was born in 1865 in Connecticut, and died November 6, 1939 in Binghamton, Broome, New York.⁶¹²⁷ She is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Suffield, Hartford, Connecticut.⁶¹²⁸

Hartford Courant, February 17, 1888⁶¹¹⁶

At the residence of C. S.Williston in Crooked lane on Tuesday afternoon Mr. Jewett Wright was married to Miss Allie J., only daughter of Mr. Williston. The Rev. B. W. Lockhart officiated, using the service of the Episcopal church. There were many handsome presents. The wedding trip will extend to Los Angeles, Cal., via New Orleans.

MRS. ALICE J. WRIGHT

Mrs. Alice J. Wright, 73 died at the home of her brother, Burton S. Williston, 728 Chenango street, this morning at 12:55 o'clock. Besides her brother, with whom she lived, she is survived by two other brothers, William C. Williston of Springfield, Mass., and Walter A. Williston of Torrington, Conn., and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wright was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist church. The body was removed to the William R. Chase Funeral Home, 44 Exchange street.

The funeral of Mrs. Alice (Williston) Wright a former Suffield resident who died at the home of her brother, Burton S. Williston of Binghamton, N. Y., was held this afternoon at the home of Mrs. A. B. Crane. Rev. Richard P. Carter, pastor of the First Congregational church, officated. Burial was in Woodlawn cemetery.
