Richard Abbey of Randolph, aged 17, is in the Little Valley jail after making a confession before his father, Nelson Abbey, and Sheriff Frank H. Annis, the sheriff says, that he set fire to the barn on Raymond Atwood's farm, three miles south of Randolph.
