Henry Chilcote died Friday, September 1, at his home on West Hurd. The funeral service was held Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p. m. at the Baggerley chapel. He was buried at the Gracelawn cemetery. He is survived by his wife, son and a brother, L. D. Chilcote.

EDMOND — Mrs. Allean Chilcote, 82, died Sunday in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Chilcote was born in Shelby County, Tenn., move to McLoud in 1899, to Guthrie in 1924 and to Edmond in 1925. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include a son, Leon, a brother, Eldon Buckley; a niece, Mrs. Roland Sifers, and a nephew, H. L. Morriset, all of Guthrie.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Baggerley Funeral Home with burial in Gracelawn Cemetery.

Death visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Chilcote on Wednesday evening and carried away their little daughter.
Lillian Ardell Chilcote was born February 4, 1905, died November 18, 1914, aged 9 years, 9 months and 14 days. Funeral services were held at the Christian church Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Eld. Joseph D. Babb officiating. After which the little body was laid to rest in the Carney cemetery, followed to the grave by her school mates and sympathizing friends of the family.

The death of Dennis Chilcote, the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Chilcote, came as a shock to his many friends. He passed away last Wednesday evening, while on the road to Stillwater for an operation for appendicitis. He leaves a father, mother and two brothers to mourn his loss. The community joins in sympathy with the bereaved parents.
