She married ROLLAND RICHARDSON on September 5, 1949 in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.501 He was born February 10, 1926 in Comfrey, Cottonwood, Minnesota, and died December 8, 2020 in Long Beach, Los Angeles, California.

PAULINA PETERSON, ROLLIN RICHARDSON MARRY IN BRANDON

Brandon, S. D., Sept. 7—The marriage service for Miss Paulina Jane Peterson, daughter of Mrs. Ruth Peterson, Brandon and Rollin L. Richardson, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Richardson, Comfrey, Minn., took place September 5 in the Lutheran church, the Rev. E. L. Mason officiating.

The bride wore a blush pink satin wedding gown, a full peplum finishing the waistline, long sleeves were used in the bodice, the full skirt falling en train. A braided satin cap secured the silk net fingertip veil. Blush pink roses and gladioli were in her bouquet.

Maid of honor, Miss Kathryn Crain, Chippewa Falls, Wis., wore formal pale pink taffeta made with off-the-shoulder neckline, while the bridesmaids, Miss Elaine Richardson, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Julia HO, Shanghai, China, wore lighter shades of pink taffeta. They all carried gladioli. Roberta Schock, flower girl, was in pink taffeta and Glenn Mannes, nephew of the bridegroom was ringbearer.

Ushers were John Todnem, Mound, Minn., cousin of the bride, and Bill Goltz. Best men were Dwight Peterson, Belgrade, Minn., and Eugene Richardson, the bridegroom's brother. Merton Peterson gave his sister in marriage.

Miss Beva Lee De Grisells of Pipestone, Minn., was soloist.

A reception followed the ceremony in the church parlors. Assisting were Misses Ruth Mannes, Gayle Graff, Mrs. Bernice Graff, Mrs. Clarion Peterson, Mrs. Robert Scott, Mrs. Alvin Schock, Mrs. Martin Peterson, Mrs. Henry Mannes, Mrs. Dwight Peterson and Miss Joyce Swadson.

The bride attended Brandon high school and the bridegroom Comfrey high school. Both are seniors at Hamline university St. Paul. The bride is affiliated with Philo Browning sorority and Alpha Delta Zeta. The bridegroom is a navy veteran.

For travel on her wedding trip the bride wore plum colored gabardine with blue accessories.
