WILLIAM S. REID IS DEAD

Retired Traveling Salesman Is Victim of Bright's Disease.

William S. Reid, 65, well known retired traveling salesman, passed away at a local hospital Wednesday morning, following an extended illness of Bright's disease. The deceased was born at Richmond, January 31, 1851, but had resided in this city since he was a boy. He was well known in the business circles of the city. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mary McCune, of Petoskey, Mich.; Mrs. Lottie Bowers, of Huntsville, Ala., and Mrs. Alice Monroe, of Muncie. The funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.

REID FUNERAL HELD.

Funeral services over the body of William S. Reid, a traveling salesman, were conducted from the Masonic temple Friday at 2:30 p. m. Dr. B. M. Nyce, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officated, and interment was in Beech Grove cemetery.
