Harry W. Comp, 72, retired supervisor of maintenance at the Philadelphia National Bank, died Friday in the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Upland, after a short illness.
He lived at 1408 Edgmont Ave., Chester for the last eight years.
Mr. Comp was born in Bennersville, Pa., and had lived in Chester for about 40 years.
Surviving are his widow, the former Mary McBride; two sons Harry J. of Philadelphia and Gerald of Essington, Tinicum Township; a daughter Mrs. Carrie Weiss of Boiling Springs, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Helen Willet of Stroudsburg.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Imschweiler-Brower Funeral Home, 1600 Edgmont Ave., Chester. Burial will be in Chester Rural Cemetery, Chester.
