He married JANE ELIZA SCOTT on February 20, 1845 in Rush County, Indiana,¹⁶⁷⁵ daughter of ANNA STEWART IRVINE and JESSE SCOTT. Mrs. Peter Welborn died at her home on Tuesday morning at 3 o'clock. The funeral services took place at her late home, at 2 o'clock Thursday.
