She married (2) EDWARD DOUGLAS NICKERSON on October 27, 1956 in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada.7886 He was born April 25, 1889 in Monticello, Wright, Minnesota,8 and died in March, 1980.56 He is buried in Hillside Memorial Park, Redlands, San Bernardino, California.456

BALLOU-CUMMER NUPTIALS

Pretty Wedding Takes Place at The M. E. Ballou Home

A quiet home wedding was solemnized Wednesday afternoon at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Martin E. Ballou when their youngest daughter, Susan, was united in marriage to Mr. Allen W. Cummer of Fort Collins, Colorado. Rev. Floyd D. Reeves of the Congregational church officiated using the Episcopal ring ceremony.

The out of town guests were: Mrs. J. M. McAuley and Miss S. B. Zingre of Ithaca, Miss Lura Rowe of Lincoln, Miss Elsie Piper of Wahoo and Mrs. C. O. Swanson of Cedar Bluffs.

Mr. and Mrs. Cummer left on the evening train and after a short wedding trip to Denver and Estes Park, will be at home at Fort Collins where Mr. Cummer has a position with the Great Western Sugar Company.

The bride is a graduate of Ashland High School and the Domestic Science Department of the Colorado Agricultural College. It was while in college that she met her husband.

The good wishes of a multitude of friends go with her to her new home.

Mrs. Sue Cummer Weds At Las Vegas Saturday

Mrs. Sue B. Cummer of Pomona, Calif., formerly Miss Sue Ballou of Ashland, was married Saturday night, Oct. 27, to Edward D. Nickerson of Redlands, Calif., at Las Vegas, Nev.

Mrs. Nickerson has spent a part of the past few years in Washington, D. C., and Honolulu, T. H, with a daughter, also with her sister, Mrs. Elizabeth B. Fenton, in Pomona. Mr. Nickerson lives in Redlands, where he is interested in citrus and other business activities.

The wedding party consisted of Otis Ballou of Ashland, brother of the bride; Ben Fenton, Pomona, nephew of the bride; and immediate members of the bridegroom's family from Redlands. The couple will be at home after Jan. 15 at 936 San Jacinto St., Redlands, Calif.
