Madeline N. Tolbert

Madeline N. "Maddie" Tolbert, 87, passed away on December 11, 2015. She was the wife of the late Garnett E. "Tom" Tolbert.

Born in York County on January 24, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Irvin W. and Jennie (Strausbaugh) Miller.

Maddie was retired from Dentsply where she made molds. Prior, she was employed with Smith Cigars making cigars. She was a member of Paradise Holtzschwamm Evangelical Covenant Church.

She leaves three children, five grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and three sisters.

Viewings will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Koller Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. in York and 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the funeral home. The service will follow at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with her pastor, the Rev. Paul D. Guillano. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens in Hanover.
