Cassadaga—A very pretty wedding occurred on Sunday afternoon when at the home of the bride in Little Valley, N. Y., Miss Genevieve Mary Woodard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Woodard, was united in marriage to Harold Maurice Robertson, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Robertson of Cassadaga.

The wedding took place at 2:15 in the afternoon, and the officiating minister was the pastor of the Little Valley Congregational church, using the Episcopal wedding service. Mendelssohn's Wedding march was played as the young couple took their positions in front of a bank of white chrysanthemums. They were attended by Dr. and Mrs. J. C. Turner of Cassadaga.

The bride was gowned in a pastel shade of rayon crepe, trimmed with silver sequins and carried white roses and mums, while Mrs. Turner wore a wine colored gown and carried yellow roses.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride. Among the guests are Miss Beulah Shaw and Mr. and Mrs. George Robertson, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Woodard of Bradford, Pa. Many gifts were received by the young couple, who will make their future home in Orchard Park, N. Y.

Mrs. Robertson is a graduate of the Little Valley school and State Teachers' College of Buffalo, and is a teacher in Orchard Parks schools at the present time. The groom is a graduate of Cassadaga school, and served in the C. B.'s in the South Pacific for two years.
