Miss White the Bride of Mr. K. Powers Saturday
Mr. and Mrs. Gould White of Council Valley district announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Pauline White, to Mr. Kenneth Powers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Powers of Council Valley. The ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Charles Eggers Saturday morning in the home of Miss Florence Eggers, 309 East Sixth street.
The bride was attractive in a frock of powder blue with blue accessories. She attended the Cushing high school for a number of years. The couple will make their home in the Council Valley district.
They were honored with a dinner Saturday at 12 o'clock in the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. White, with a number of close friends attending. A large wedding cake was cut and served by Mrs. Powers following the dinner.
Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dawes and children, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Mansfield, the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Eggers, and Miss Florence Eggers.
