Mrs. Willis C. Stambaugh

Mrs. Minnie E. Stambaugh, wife of Willis C. Stambaugh, died at 9:45 o'clock Thursday night at her home in York. She was 59 years old. Surviving besides her husband are nine children, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildrn; also four brothers and sisters, William Ziegler, Wellsville; Mrs. Charles Seifert, Dover; Clarence Ziegler, Dover R. D. 1; Mrs. Charles Lefever, Srping Grove R. D. Interment was made Sunday in Salem Union Cemetery, near Dover.

Willis C. Stambaugh

Willis C. Stambaugh, 83, formerly of 19 South West street, died yesterday at 2:30 p.m. at Colonial Manor nursing home. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Minnie E. Zeigler Stambaugh.

Mr. Stambaugh, a retired farmer and carpenter, was born in Paradise township, a son of the late Emanuel and Alice Moul Stambaugh. He formerly resided near Admire and lived in York the past 23 years.

Surviving are nine children, Sherman E. Stambaugh, 414 Forrest Street; Mrs. Pauline Moul, 1315 North George street; W. Clair Stambaugh, Mt. WOlf RD 1; Mrs. Evelyn M. Paules, 507 Atlantic avenue; Clarence Stambaugh, Manchester; Mrs. Dorothy Bupp, 711 Pacific avenue; Mrs. Mildred Schrum, 680 North Beaver street; Ray D. Stambaugh, Furlong, Bucks county; and Harold R. Stambaugh, Glenside; 22 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Lau, Clear Springs.

Rev. Clifford M. Landes, pastor of Salem United Church of Christ charge, will officiate at the funeral Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Emig Funeral home, Queen street, Dover. Burial will be in Salem Union cemetery, near Dover.
