Mrs. Everett Knudsen, Cranesville, will leave tonight for Pontiac, Ill., where she has been called by the death of Mr. Knudsen's mother, Mrs. Harry Knudsen. Mr. Knudsen has been in Pontiac since last week.

A family picnic was held recently at the home of Donald Bressner, Pontiac route 4, to bring together three brothers and three sisters, who had not been together for five years. They are: Everett Knudsen, Amsterdam, N. Y.; Donald Knudsen, Pontiac; Robert Knudsen, Kankakee; Richard Knudsen, Dwight; Mrs. Harold Chamberlain, Pontiac; Mrs. Richard Tinker, Aurora, and Mrs. Bressner. Also present, was their father, Harry Knudsen.

PONTIAC — (PNS) — Mrs. Minnie P. Knudsen, 62, died at St. James Hospital Monday, 9:15 p. m. after a long illness.
She was taken to the Raleigh J. Harris Funeral Home where arrangements for services are being made.
Mrs. Knudsen was born June 29, 1890 here, a daughter of Chauncey and Julia Garrett Street. She had been a resident here all her life. She was married to Harry Knudsen in Bloomington, June 27, 1910.
Surviving are her husband, four sons, Everett, Amsterdam N. Y. Richard, Dwight, Robert Kankakee and Donald, Pontiac; three daughters Mrs. Helen Chamberlain, Pontiac, Mrs. Jane Tinker, Auroroa, and Mrs. Marjorie Bressner, Pontiac; five sisters Mrs. Harry Stang, Pontiac, Mrs. Louis Ramsey, Pontiac, Mrs. J. R. Conrad, Mackinaw, Mrs. Edgar Bruder, La Crosse, Ind., and Mrs. Carrie Moreland, Secor; 13 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Three sons, a sister and four brothers preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Christian Church.

PONTIAC —(PNS)— Harry Knudsen, 70, of 721 W. Cleary St. died at noon Thursday at a St. Lous Mo. hospital. He had been seriously ill about six weeks.
His funeral will be at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Raleigh J. Harris Funeral Home, with Dr. A. B. Morrow officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation was to begin at 4 p. m. Friday at the funeral home.
He was born May 19, 1886, in Dwight, a son of Jens and Martha Mahler Knudsen. He lived in Dwight 20 years and spent the rest of his life in the Pontiac vicinity. He was a flagman for the Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Railroad. He married Minnie Street June 29, 1910, in Bloomington. She died in April, 1953.
Surviving are four sons, Everett, Amsterdam, N. Y.; Richard, Dwight; Robert, Kankakee; Donald, Pontiac; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Chamberlain and Mrs. Marjorie Bressner, Pontiac; Mrs. Jane Tinker, Aurora; a sister, Miss J. Agnes, Niagara Falls, N. Y.; 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Two sons and three sisters preceded him in death.
